Deeming Clinic Pre-Work

To prepare for the interactive sessions, please complete the pre-work exercises before the start of the Deeming Clinic. The exercises in the Pre-Work Booklet below were designed to help Deeming Clinic attendees gain practical experience in completing an application. Please bring the pre-work to the session and submit any questions that you may have ahead of the deeming clinic regarding the prework via the link below:

No. Attendees do not need to be on camera.
The certificate of attendance for the 2026 FTCA Deeming Application Clinic may be submitted as evidence of completion of the required Risk Manager and Infection Control training for FTCA applications submitted in 2027. To obtain a certificate, attendees must meet the certificate requirements outlined below in FAQ #11. It does not count toward training requirements for HIPAA, OB, or areas of high risk.
On the Registration page, use the dropdown option to search for your health center name and address.
Yes. All attendees will be able to ask questions during each presentation using a Q&A feature.
Yes. Outside of the sessions, attendees may take advantage of our chat rooms. The Networking Chat Room is where participants can connect with other deemed health centers and the ECRI Chat Room is where they can chat with ECRI representatives and discuss their available resources.
The presentation can be viewed in a group setting; however, attendees must be individually registered for the presentation to receive a Certificate of Completion in their name.
To receive a Certificate of Completion for the clinic, an attendee must:
    • Register individually for the FTCA Deeming Application Clinic
      • Complete all evaluations
      • Attend all sessions.

Not at this time, as this training is specific to deemed and funded health centers. HRSA will provide information about additional educational opportunities as they arise.
Registrants should plan to attend all webinar days and all sessions. Content is different for each day and session.
